To change the language on a Word document...

Choose tools, language, set language, Spanish. You'll have to choose which version to use. I use Peru; it's up to you what to do. The only one you probably shouldn't chooose is Spanish, Spain, Traditional. I would choose the Modern version out of those two.

To create a news feed...

You can use igoogle, if you have a gmail account, to create a news feed for yourself on whatever you want. You can do a feed on "Peru," for example, or "Latin news," by doing igoogle. You can add all kinds of things to your igoogle page; it's kind of like having apps online and you can access it and have the same information from any computer that you can sign in to anywhere in the world. You can also do the same thing when you sign in to your Verizon page if you have Verizon internet.
